3. Solar panel controller PWM. Upgrade to MPPT (better type more efficient) Epever/Tracer +$40
4. Battery 100Ah (upgrade to bigger battery +$50-100)
5. Water pump 12V, external, self priming
6. Water polyamide tubes and fittings (better than conventional flexible tubes)
7. A bed in the back, queen size, depending on possibilities
8. Kitchen cabinet
9. One burner, camping-style stove (upgrade to two-burner hob and gas installation +$200)
10. Basic electrical circuit (a few LED lamps, switches etc.)
11. Storage boxes under the bed
12. Inverter 1000W (modified sine-wave, good for laptops). Pure sine-wave or higher power +$140
13. All wooden parts are painted with a transparent lacquer.
