The ability to learn, grow and evolveExperience leading a Full Scratch Kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous ChefExperience crafting seasonally curated and guest-focused menusThe ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costsAbility to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely mannerAbility to develop relationships with staff, guests, and residentsPassionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiencesMust pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB TestsFor the health and safety of our team members and residents, Oakmont Management Group may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases, per regulatory guidelines.
